Marion sees nine deeds recorded in September, five with prices logged so far

Marion recorded nine property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Of those, five carry a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $200 to $795 with a median of $675; the other four are still awaiting price data from the registry, a typical lag rather than withheld information. The top recorded sale was 197 Converse Rd. at $795, sold by a family trust to two trustees. Four of the nine transfers involved a trust as buyer or seller, and three buyers were business entities. With more than half the month's prices still pending, the data does not yet support a read on market direction.
