Marion Records 10 Property Transfers in Late August, Early September
Marion recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only three carried a posted sale price: 197 Converse Rd. at $795, 9 Quelle Ln. at $700, and 898 Point Rd. at $285, for a median of $700. The other seven, including sales on Mill Street, Spring Street and Vine Street, show no price yet, consistent with the usual lag before the registry posts consideration amounts. Several transfers, including on Spring Street, Olde Knoll Road and Joanne Drive, appear to be within-family or trust-related transfers. Buyers this period included individuals, trusts and LLCs, with no single street accounting for more than one recorded sale.
