Plymouth County deed records show 11 Marion property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but seven were nominal-consideration transfers tied to trusts or family transactions rather than market sales. Of the four transfers with recorded prices, sale prices ranged from $330,000 to $1,250,000, with a median of $662,500. The month's top transaction was 40 Allen St., which sold for $1,250,000 to Creative Property Assos LLC, the same buyer that acquired a nearby Stoney Run Lane property for nominal consideration days earlier. With most recorded activity reflecting non-sale transfers rather than priced transactions, the data shows limited market turnover this period, though additional prices may still post to the registry.
