The month's top transaction was 0 Cross Neck Rd, which sold for $370,000 on Aug. 6 from trustees Kevin P. Medeiros and Ricardo Pacheco to Amanda N. Dion and Benjamin D. Dio. Six of the nine filings were nominal-consideration transfers within families or trusts, and one sale's price has not yet reached the registry. With so few priced sales, the data offers limited basis for assessing overall market tone this period.
