Marion sees 10 deed transfers in September, but pricing data still catching up

Marion recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Only four carried a posted sale price so far, ranging from $285 to $795 with a median of $687; the other six show price not yet available, typical of the registry's reporting lag. The month's top sale was 197 Converse Rd at $795, sold by a family trust to two individual trustees. Three of the 10 transfers moved property within the same family or into an owner's own trust rather than to a new buyer. With price data still incomplete for most of the month's sales, the overall pricing picture remains partial.
