Marion Records Ten Property Transfers, But Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed

Marion recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records, but only two disclosed a sale price: $400 and $925, for a median of $662 among the disclosed figures. The month's most notable recorded transaction was the $925 sale of 62 Front St., from MHT Jackson Marion LLC to Karen L. Manning and Nancy Lyle Howland. Half of the period's transfers involved parties sharing a family name or transfers into a family trust, while Creative Property Assos LLC was recorded as buyer in two separate transfers. With price data available for only two of 10 transfers, the data offers limited insight into overall market conditions.
