Family transfers outnumber open-market sales in Marion's July deed recordings

Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show 11 Marion property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only two listed a sale price: $780 for 7 Blackhall Court and $705 for a Marion property sold by the Quinlan family to the Spirito family. The median of those two disclosed prices is $742. Six of the 11 recorded deeds, including transfers on Wareham Road, Allens Point Road, Allen Street, Crapo Street, Olde Knoll Road and Briggs Terrace, show matching grantor and grantee surnames, indicating family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales. With price data disclosed for only two of 11 transactions, the dataset does not support a broader read on market tone this period.
