Two of nine Marion deeds disclose sale price as family transfers dominate recording period
Marion recorded nine property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only two disclosed a sale price: 17 Fieldstone Lane at $645 and 0 Cross Neck Road at $370, a median of $507 across the pair. Six of the remaining seven deeds involved grantors and grantees sharing a surname, or a trust or estate on one side of the transaction, none of which disclosed consideration. No street recorded more than one sale. With price data available for only two of nine deeds, the period offers limited visibility into open-market pricing trends.
