Marion Deed Filings Show 12 Transfers, Almost No Prices Disclosed
The Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Marion between July 17 and Aug. 15. Only one, the July 30 sale of 17 Fieldstone Lane from David and Noelle Preston to Martin Brodeur, listed a price: $645, which also serves as both the range and median by default. The other 11 transfers, including two on Point Road, disclosed no consideration amount. Seven of the 12 deeds involved a grantor and grantee sharing a surname or the same person transferring into a self-named trust. With pricing data limited to a single transaction, this period's filings offer little basis for assessing market value trends.
