• Route 6/105 safety upgrades begin Nov. 2 MassDOT and contractor Lawrence Lynch Corp. will begin safety upgrades at the Route 6 and Route 105 intersection in Marion on Nov. 2, 2026, including new wheelchair ramps, repaving and a signal change to add a left turn from Route 6 onto Route 105.Marion News
• Water main work on Route 6 to pause for winter Marion announced Oct. 30 that the Wareham Road (Route 6) water main project will pause around mid-November 2026 and resume in spring 2027, after the contractor finishes work near Marion Pointe and the Point Road intersection.Marion News
