Marion Records 10 Property Transfers in Late July, Most Without Disclosed Price
Marion recorded 10 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $410 to $780 with a $705 median among those three. The top disclosed sale was 7 Blackhall Ct at $780, sold by Harry and Heidi Beach to Corinne and Mark Rolland on July 16. Five of the 10 transfers moved property within the same family or into a trust, including deeds on Crapo Street, Olde Knoll Road, Briggs Terrace, Wareham Road and Cottage Street. Delano Road had two recorded transfers, the only street with more than one. With most prices undisclosed, the data doesn't support a read on overall market direction this period.
